Close to Cable car and ski rental. Less than 5 mins walk down town.

Would not allow late check out for free even though the hotel was quiet. They wanted to charge me €50 which I thought was a littlev excessive.

I don't like a naked sauna

The ski room with boot warmers is a great touch for early risers heading to the slopes.

i ate at an excellent restaurant for breakfast & evening meal. the location was excellent and absolutely perfect, relatively near kitzski. it took me 10 mins to get to the bus station.

The wellness center offered diverse facilities for relaxation.

My experience in the family room was frustrating due to unclear bed arrangements. We were supposed to accommodate six adults but ended up with a room that had only two beds. This situation forced us to downgrade to a smaller and less desirable room, disappointing, especially since we had planned our stay for a special occasion. The hotel lacked practical amenities like tea-making facilities, which should be standard in any decent accommodation.

Location was exellent

At dinner I twice found hair in the food. They have to do something at the kicthen. It was terrible and spoiled the stay.

Charming small and ideal hotel, the services were very good, magnificent location right on the slopes. Location just off the gondola or the 22 Red, the Hahnenkammbahn and Hahnenkammbahn chair and train station. Nearby Streifalm - great place to chill out...

The ski locker room was excellently organized, making it easy to prepare for days on the slopes. The staff provided personalized dining options, ensuring a good culinary experience throughout our stay.

Dinner menus could be simpler and less fussy with traditional food offered and perhaps carvery. Would then appeal to younger guests

The hotel is 5 minutes walking from the center of Kitzbuhel. Room was nice with double bed (two joint mattresses), little sofa, table and 2 chairs, with a very big balcony equipped with 4 deckchairs. Nice idea to put an umbrella in the room for personal use. Staff is nice, smiling and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is good. Private parking of the hotel (outdoor and garage) is a plus in this town.

For that price and for such hotel I would expect to have Wi-Fi Internet included, instead the price for the connection is very high. In my room at the first floor, anyway, there was no Wi-Fi signal, so it was not possible to connect at all. There is a public pc in the lobby which can be used by hotel guests. Soundproofing is not the best - I could clearly hear my neighbours talking and children crying. Breakfast is lower-than- average for a 4-star hotel - I did not find any cakes or sweets, only salty food.

great location but lacks some comfort

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the center and close to the slopes. The staff were friendly and always eager to help. Breakfast offered a wide range of delicious options including fresh fruit and vegan choices, made for a great start to my day. I also appreciated the well-organized ski locker room, made preparing for skiing effortless.

The room felt somewhat cramped for a solo traveler especially with bulky luggage.

Location. 2 minutes away from the cable car and at the end of two ski runs. Service was also good and the breakfast was excellent
